Requests & Quotes

How do I ask for pallets or a quote?

Send the form on any page. Choose what you need (buy, sell, recycle, repair or transport), add the grade, size, quantity and address, and you get a reply by email. You can also email info@phoenix-pallets.com.

What areas do you serve?

Requests are welcome from Phoenix and the surrounding area. Include your ZIP code so we can confirm service where you are.

How much do pallets cost?

It depends on grade, size, quantity and delivery distance, and used-pallet prices move with the market. Every request gets its own quote.

Is there a minimum order?

Requests of any size are welcome, from a few pallets to full truckloads. Include the quantity so the quote fits your order.

Pallet Grades & Sizes

What is the difference between pallet grades?

Grade A pallets are like-new with no repairs. Grade B pallets show minor wear and may have small repairs, but are structurally sound. Grade C pallets are worn but functional and the lowest-cost option.

What are standard pallet dimensions?

The most common size in North America is 48" x 40". Other common sizes are 48" x 48", 42" x 42" and 48" x 45". Custom sizes can be built to order.

What wood are pallets made from?

Most wood pallets are made from softwoods such as pine, or from mixed hardwoods. Hardwood pallets are heavier and usually stronger.

How much weight can a pallet hold?

It depends on the design, wood and condition, and on whether the pallet is on the floor, on a forklift or in racking. Tell us your load weight and how it will be handled.

Selling, Recycling & Repair

Can I sell my used pallets?

Yes. Choose Sell Pallets in the form with the quantity, condition and pickup address. Offers depend on grade, size and quantity; standard 48" x 40" pallets in larger quantities are the easiest to resell.

What happens to recycled pallets?

Reusable pallets go back into service, damaged ones are repaired, and wood past repair is usually ground into mulch, animal bedding or biomass fuel.

Is it worth repairing pallets?

Often, yes. A few broken deck boards or a single cracked stringer usually cost less to fix than a new pallet. Pallets with rot, contamination or several broken parts are better replaced.

Export & Heat Treatment

Do I need heat-treated pallets?

For international shipments, usually yes: most countries require wood packaging to meet ISPM-15, which means heat treatment and a stamp. Shipments within the US do not need it.

What does the ISPM-15 stamp show?

The IPPC symbol, a country code, the treatment provider's registration number, and the treatment code, such as HT for heat treatment.
